DELIVERY TIME

The estimated time of delivery may differ from one order to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimate

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Order will take upto 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. However, in case of customizations viz. stitching, size alteration or any other modifications, extra 5 days will be added to delivery time

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Via Transport, Order will take upto 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. In case of air shipment/ courier, it may reach within 5 days of order confirmation.

PROCESS OF DELIVERY

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers, If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

We shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods in the event of flood, fire, wars, acts of natural calamity or any cause that is beyond our control. Please note that there may be certain orders that we may not be able to accept and liable for cancellation. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, whatsoever. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by us. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We shall contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your money has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your bank Account. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or shipping address) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

HOW LONG WILL THE REFUND TAKE?

In case we’ve not shipped the order, we will process the refund on the same business day and should get credited in your account within 7 to 10 business days. In case of returned order you will get your refund within 7 to 10 business days of us receiving the product back, provided the product is not damaged, not used and returned with original product box.

ORDER CANCELLATION

To cancel the order, simply call our customer support . In case the order is already shipped (we send an email when we ship the order), kindly inform the customer support and do not accept the courier.

We will deduct Rs. 150/- as cancellation charges in case the product has already been shipped. The remaining balance amount will be given as store credit/coupon, which you can use on your next purchase.
