Loomworld does not offer any return or refund on the products transacted through the website
If a product or produce does not substantially confirm to the description, quantity and quality specified, then within 7 (seven) days from delivery of the product, you should make a complaint to info@loomworld.in
Please courier, at your own cost, the item back to the address provided by Loomworld within 7 days from its receipt by you.
Upon receiving the item, Loomworld shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint. If the complaint is valid and genuine, we will replace the entire product within 7-10 days of receipt, based on the availability of the similar product with the weaving societies
Loomworld is not likely to replace or provide a refund for
o damage due to misuse;
o any item which has been used;
o any item that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;
o items for which original tags and packaging is not intact.
Damage / Loss in transit
If your item was damaged or lost in transit, a replacement will be arranged. However, please note that the maximum period for reporting a damaged or lost item received is 48 hours.
In case you ordered multiple items, and you find some items missing, please check with us immediately. In case it is a case of transit loss, this needs to be reported to the courier within 48 hours.
